Holes

Hello class! We will be reading the book "Holes" together as a class. Be sure to pay special attention to the characters in this book and to pick your favorite character.  When we have finished reading this book, we will be doing an assignment on your favorite character.  Click this link to find out more about some of the characters in the book and also more about your assignment.

Erosion in Utah


Today we will be learning about erosion.  We see erosion everyday without even knowing it! We'll explore two of Utah's national parks and look at how the rock formations found there were shaped by erosion.  Follow this link to learn more about it!

Mind Mapping: Myths

Mind mapping is a great way to organized your ideas for any project. Use this tool to help you brainstorm for your upcoming writing assignment. 

Here is an example of how I used this tool to classify different types of myths.
